This Privacy Policy explains how Kira Sell ("Kira Sell", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit kirasell.ae (the "Site") or use our services, including Amazon Seller Solutions.

1. Who We Are

Kira Sell is a commerce, technology and business solutions company. Kira Sell is an independent business and is not Amazon, is not owned or operated by Amazon, and is not endorsed or certified by Amazon. Where we reference Amazon, we do so only in the context of our integration with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) on behalf of sellers who authorize that connection.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact details submitted through our contact form (name, email, phone, message).
  • Information you provide when enquiring about a product, service or solution.
  • Information provided when engaging Kira Sell for a paid or free service.

2.2 Information From Amazon (Authorized Sellers Only)

If you are an authorized Amazon seller who connects your Amazon Seller Central account to Kira Sell through Amazon's official OAuth authorization flow, Amazon may share certain account and catalog information with us through the SP-API, which can include:

  • Order and sales data
  • Inventory and listing data
  • Pricing data
  • Account performance and health metrics
  • Brand Analytics data made available to the seller

We only request access to Amazon Information necessary to provide the specific service you have engaged us for. Access is always initiated and approved by you through Amazon's own authorization screens — Kira Sell never receives or stores your Amazon account password.

2.3 Information From Meta (Authorized Businesses Only)

If you connect Meta Ads, Meta may provide authorized profile, Business, Ad Account, Page, Pixel and advertising performance data through its official OAuth and Marketing API flows. Kira Sell uses this data only to show your connected assets, synchronize advertising analytics, and create campaigns you explicitly review and approve. Kira Sell never receives your Facebook password, and your Meta ad account remains responsible for advertising charges.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, our Site may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, for security and basic analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate and improve the service you have requested.
  • To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • To deliver Amazon Seller Solutions services you have authorized, including analytics, monitoring and listing optimization.
  • To provide Meta Ads connections, authorized asset selection, advertising analytics and approval-gated campaign workflows.
  • To maintain the security and integrity of our Site and services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Amazon Information is used solely to provide the authorized service. We do not sell Amazon Information, and we do not use Amazon Information for advertising unrelated to the authorized service.

Meta platform data is used solely to provide the Meta-connected service you authorize. We do not sell Meta platform data. AI can prepare ad content and recommendations, but Kira Sell does not activate spend or change a budget without an explicit client approval step.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or Amazon Information. We may share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate our Site or deliver services (e.g. hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations.
  • Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Kira Sell, our users, or others.
  • With Amazon itself, as required for the operation of the SP-API integration.

5. Platform Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Amazon Information only for as long as necessary to provide the authorized service, or as required by Amazon's Data Protection Policy and applicable law. Sellers may request deletion of their Amazon Information, or revoke Kira Sell's access entirely at any time through their Amazon Seller Central account settings. Upon revocation or a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify the associated Amazon Information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.

You can revoke Kira Sell's Meta access from your Kira Sell Connections page or Facebook Business Integrations settings. A valid Meta deletion request removes encrypted Meta credentials, connected asset identifiers and synchronized Meta advertising performance data. 6. Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including secure password hashing, access-controlled admin systems, and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) across the Site.

7. Cookies

Our Site may use minimal, functional cookies (for example, to maintain session state in the admin panel). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, or request portability of your personal information. Signed-in Kira customers can update core profile information and download a machine-readable copy of core account and workspace-membership data directly from My Kira Account after current-password verification. This self-service export intentionally excludes passwords, session material, verification/reset tokens, OAuth credentials, API secrets and other tenants' data. For deletion or another legal-rights request that is not yet available as an automated account control, contact us using the details below so we can apply any required identity, retention and legal checks.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
