These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kirasell.ae and any services provided by Kira Sell ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Kira Sell

Kira Sell is an independent commerce, technology and business solutions company. Kira Sell is not Amazon, is not owned or operated by Amazon, and is not endorsed or certified by Amazon. Any reference to Amazon on this Site describes Kira Sell's integration with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) as a third-party service provider to authorized sellers.

2. Services

Kira Sell offers a range of services and products across e-commerce, marketplace management, Amazon seller solutions, technology, digital marketing and business consulting, as described on this Site. Service scope, deliverables and pricing (free, fixed, custom quote, or contact for pricing) are confirmed individually for each engagement.

3. Amazon Seller Solutions — Specific Terms

  • Access to your Amazon account is established only through Amazon's official OAuth authorization flow, which you control and can revoke at any time via Amazon Seller Central.
  • Kira Sell will not make material changes to your listings, content, or pricing without your explicit instruction or approval.
  • Analytics, audits and recommendations provided through this service are informational and intended to support — not replace — your own business judgment.
  • Continued use of Amazon Seller Solutions is subject to your compliance with Amazon's applicable seller policies and API terms.

4. Meta Ads — Specific Terms

  • Each client connects and authorizes its own Meta account, Business assets and Ad Account through Meta's official OAuth flow.
  • Advertising charges remain the client's responsibility and are billed by Meta to the client's selected Ad Account.
  • Kira Sell may generate drafts and recommendations with AI, but campaigns and budgets require client review and approval before any activation step.
  • You must have the necessary rights to use any product content, images, audiences and connected business assets.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or our services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site (including the admin panel), interfering with the Site's operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and design elements, is the property of Kira Sell or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission.

7. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Our Site and services may reference or link to third-party platforms, including Amazon and Meta. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms, which are governed by their own terms.

8. Pricing & Payment

Where a service has a fixed price, custom quote, or is offered free of charge, this will be clearly stated before you engage that service. Free pricing status applies to the individual service only (such as the current Amazon Seller Solutions offering) and is not a representation that all Kira Sell services are free.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to provide accurate, data-informed recommendations, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales results, or marketplace performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kira Sell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services, including Amazon Seller Solutions, if these Terms are violated or if required to comply with Amazon's policies or applicable law.
